The Roles
Candidates will be accountable for all aspects of care and services to the residents both clinically and operationally and will assume responsibility for the management and assistant management of all staff within a nursing home or hospital
Successful Candidates will :
Be registered with the NMBI.
Have minimum 3 years post registration experience in nursing
Have detailed knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
Have previous management experience in aged care facilities.
Have relevant post nursing registration qualification in management (Desired)
Have excellent Leadership Skills
Have excellent communication skills.
Be proactive in decision making.
