Our client a brand new Nursing Home setting up in Wicklow wishes to recruit an Assistant Director of Nursing for a permanent role.
Required:
Nurse Manager must be registered in the General Division of Nurses with the NMBI
Must have Care of Older Person management experience
Provide a supportive & Hands on approach with staff
Must have excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
Demonstrate a proactive approach
Can to attitude
Empathy with residents & family
Flexible
