Salary is circa 65K - 70K depending on experience.
Our client a hospital based in the Westmeath Area is currently recruiting a
Business Manager. Successful candidate needs to have strong marketing skills and experience. This position is at Senior Management Level and will have an Administration team reporting into them.
* The Business Manager will help the hospital grow and expand their services.
* The role works closely with the CEO/DON and will have the overall responsibility to create, implement an effective marketing strategy.
* The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Essential Criteria
* Management experience (5 years) in the healthcare industry or healthcare consulting is a requirement.
* 3rd level qualification or equivalent, preferably in Healthcare Management, business, or marketing
* Further healthcare qualifications not essential but would be advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
* Strong IT skills
* Approachable manner
* Can work on own initiative or as part of a team
