Client Services Manager Logistics - Cork

Our client a Global leading Logistics company are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager to work on-site with one of their key accounts in Cork. Working in the Control Tower and responsible for all operational efficiency's and account managing to ensure exceptional levels of customer service. This is an integral role as you will be the liaison between the company and client.

Purpose of Role
To own the operational relationship with assigned customers building true partnership relations with all stakeholders Internal and External. Ensure that customer satisfaction is high and act as an extension of the customer within our company region covering EMEIA, making sure that the customer's requirements are articulated internally to all involved parties including operations, all products. Continually review requirements with the customer and implement process improvements to ensure all levels of KPI are met and streamline through data analysis and Trouble shoot where necessary

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Overview day to day communication to customer
Hold daily calls with EMEIA Control Tower
Hold daily calls with China origin points
Ensure overall OTD performance is at the required level
Work closely with Data Analyst
Ensure all analysis completed for weekly / daily reports
Ensure all escalations are actioned

Customer Services
Build strong relationships with all assigned customers External and Internal
Drive internal alignment to meet customer performance objectives and expectations
Maintains high client satisfaction ratings
Keep customer updated of industry / market developments

Provide weekly snapshots of Performance to your Line Manager every Wednesday
MBR / QBR creation including presenting KPI stats for Performance
Provide regular updates to both the business sponsor and wider business

Financial Management
To ensure that agreed rates exist and are updated for all business
Support of Finance/Accounting department in case of unsettled invoice

Occupational H&S
Responsible for Health & Safety in the workplace
Report hazards in your work or in your work environment that may be putting your or anyone else's Health & Safety at risk

Experience / Knowledge

Excellent relationship building skills
Retail Supply Chain background
Identifying process improvements internally and externally
Ability to demonstrate Analytical data driven engagement
Ability to prioritize, organise and manage time efficiently is essential
Good presentation skills
Ability to formulate plans from complex data or scenarios
Industry experience from a "client" perspective
Collaboration & teamwork
Providing root cause and corrective actions agreed with local and regional management as required.
Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Review presentation material covering operational performance including capture of supplementary information from other divisions of the business - Trax, Claims, and I.T.
Provide analysis on changes to supply chains including risk assessment.
Create, maintain and distribute SOP's containing best working practices for Branches at both origin and destination outlining shipment cycle specific service requirements and KIP measurements.
Conduct regular operational on-site reviews with personnel in EMEIA region.
Act as a single point of contact for all Inbound Queries
Issue instructions for account set up - entity, bill to address, VAT, currency and configuration detail for Apple finance partner.
Access to and set up Supplier Connect financial details.
