A prestigious Clinic in Dublin is expanding rapidly and recruiting a passionate and experienced Clinic Manager to join their Team who offer a range of Surgical and Non Surgical procedures from their clinics in Ireland.

Role:

As Clinic Manager, you will have a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of this clinic in Dublin and representing the front of house team.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every client interaction exceeds expectations whilst maintaining high standards and excellence of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the front of house team to achieve personal and clinic targets on a daily and weekly basis.
Hiring staff at all levels.
Provide support, guidance, and mentor ship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee scheduling, performance management, and training initiatives for staff, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
Develop a deep understanding of all treatments and product ranges to effectively advise clients and identify up-selling opportunities.
Implement and standardise policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer service delivery. These policies should be in line with best practice Nationally and Internationally.
Management of stock

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience as a Clinic Manager or ready to move up to this level.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all duties.
Proficiency in phone, email, text handling, Excel, Social Media and general administration.
Genuine interest in the aesthetics industry and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical/medical or skin/aesthetic clinic environment..

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Circa. 80K Fully negotiable depending on experience, the package will not be a limiting factor for the right person.
