Join a Team as a Full-Time Clinical Nurse Manager at a Sub-Acute Facility in Dublin!

A state-of-the-art sub-acute facility in South Dublin is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their dynamic Team

Role:
The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a central role in Assessing, Planning, Implementing and evaluating nursing care
The CNM will lead the Nursing team in delivering Person-Centred care to residents.
Preparing and Administrating Drugs in line with Company policy and 'An Bord Altranais' guidelines
Ensuring residents hygiene/personal care needs are maintained to the highest standards while maintaining the resident's dignity at all time
Providing Palliative care for dying residents and support for their residents
The CNM will be acting up for the Director of Nursing in their absence or in an emergency
Planning and allocation of nursing teams with appropriate staff members, skill mix and levels of experience to meet the clinical demands and the continuity of care

What you will have:

5 Years of post registration experience
Proven track record in Team Management and performance management
A Minimum of three Years in Care of the Elderly
Continuous Professional Development
Ability to manage and Motivate team
