Excellent Opportunity for a strong Clinical Nurse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CNM to join our client's team in their state-of-the-art nursing home in, Co Louth. The CNM will work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing to provide exceptional care and leadership to the residents and staff. This is a brand new position in this home and a large part of the role is training and development.
Responsibilities:
* Training and Development: Support the ongoing training and development of the staff to ensure they stay updated with best practices and industry standards. Be responsible for the training and mentoring of new nurses.
* Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing in overseeing the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
* Staff Management: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment and facilitating professional development.
* Quality Care: Ensure the delivery of person-centered care and monitor care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all relevant regulations and standards, taking part in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
* Family and Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns and inquiries in a caring and professional manner.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMBI registration.
* Experience in a nursing management or leadership role, in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
* Compassion and dedication to providing the highest quality care
