A top nursing home in South Dublin has an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical guidance, support, and leadership to the nursing team.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained through effective quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a collaborative and supportive environment.
Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Required:
* Registered General Nurse and registered with the NMBI with full work permits
* Excellent patient care to a high standard
* Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Be computer literate.
