CNM Kilkenny Anaesthetics and Recovery CNM2 Private Hospital

A leading private hospital group, are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Managers and Staff Nurses for their facilities in Kildare, Waterford, and Kilkenny.

Staff Nurse vacancies;


Staff Nurse - Theatre Department, Kilkenny and Waterford
Staff nurse - Endoscopy Department, Kilkenny, Waterford and Kildare
Staff Nurse - Coronary Care Department, Waterford

Staff Nurse requirements;

NMBI membership, or Registration to be in process.
A minimum 4 year's post registration experience
All employees are required to maintain a level of flexibility to meet the needs of the hospital and maybe required to move between wards (Surgical, Medical and Day Ward) as patient needs fluctuate.
Candidates interested in applying for a Staff Nurse role must be available to cover all shifts, i.e. Night Duty, Long Days and Weekends as required.

Clinical Nurse Manager vacancies:


CNM2 Endoscopy, Waterford and Kildare
CNM1 - Surgical, Kilkenny
CNM2 Anaesthetics and Recovery - Kilkenny
CNM2 - Nights (inpatient) - Kilkenny

Clinical Nurse Manager requirements:


Be registered, or eligible for registration in the General Division of the live Register of Nurses kept by NMBI.
A minimum of five years' experience as a staff nurse in a relevant setting is required.
At least two years' experience in a management position desirable.
It is desirable to have completed a recognised post-registration course relative to specialty
Have completed a Management Course or commit to undertake same
Display evidence of continuing professional development.
Demonstrate an awareness of HR policies and procedures
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.
Have experience in change management
