Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Oversee day-to-day operations within designated clinical areas, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
* Mentor and coach junior staff members to promote professional growth and development.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of services.


Requirements:

* Registered Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in mental health.
* Must possess requisite knowledge and ability including a high suitability standard and clinical, managerial, leadership, and administrative competencies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
