Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage and prioritise customer requests to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
* Processing customer's orders
* Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, tracking interactions and feedback.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and optimise service delivery.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.


* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Data input experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
* A good multitasker with the ability to prioritise daily tasks.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding swift and efficient solutions.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
* A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
