Customer Service Representative Dublin South close to City Centre
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Dublin South close to City Centre In-office (not remote)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 per annum

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their Team in Dublin South close to the city centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Trouble shoot key customer service issues
Handle support activities that assist customer service i.e working with suppliers, subcontractors in Ireland and Europe along complex supply chains to ensure they deliver to us on time
Preparing quotes/proposals for customers
Dealing directly with certain key accounts
Assist sales Director with administration tasks.
Monitoring of supplier costs
Role will suit:

Able to juggle a lot of balls in the air at the same time!
Have excellent computer/excel skills
