Job Description

On our client's behalf, we seek a Customer Service Manager to lead their dedicated team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to their esteemed clientele.

As the Customer Service Manager, you'll spearhead the management of the customer service team, comprising three customer service officers and three production planners. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely delivery, maintaining accurate paperwork, and swiftly addressing customer concerns. With end customers including 120 international airlines, aircraft seat manufacturers, Airbus, and Boeing, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for excellence.


Position Details:

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
* Reporting Line: Directly report to the Operations Director.
