This is an exciting opportunity for Head Chef to head a Team of Chefs in a restaurant which operates at a michelin star level in Ireland.
This is a suitable role for a passionate Chef with flair who wants to develop their food concepts and drive their ambition to make this restaurant a prime food destination.
You will be supported by a Brigade of Chefs who will support your journey and share your passion and experience.
Role will suit a Head Chef or Sous Chef with a Michelin standard Restaurant background

Demonstrate excellence in food preparation and service.
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
Adhere to all health and safety standards in the kitchen.
Take ownership of culinary dishes prepared in your section, showcasing your specialized knowledge.
Provide direction within your section and efficiently carry out orders from the Head Chef.
Have a thorough understanding of performance and delivery standards within your department.
Proven experience as a Chef in a similar position within a busy, professional 4 or 5-star kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
Experience in working with various cuisines.
Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
