HR Researcher - Hospital and Healthcare

Job Description

A remote working opportunity which can be located in any location in Ireland.

Head Hunt International is expanding and have an excellent opportunity for a HR Researcher Hospital & Healthcare to carry out many interesting HR research assignments on behalf of clients around Ireland.

The Role:

Identifying and contacting high caliber professional candidates in the hospital and medical fields.
Preparing profiles and presenting candidates to clients.
Setting up candidate interviews
Checking references.


Ideal Candidate:

Should have a proven track record of working in a hospital or healthcare setting
Have excellent communication skills
Excellent administrative skills and the ability to build and maintain an extensive online library of high caliber candidates.
Minimum of three years working experience in a hospital or healthcare
Should feel comfortable speaking to both candidates and clients at all levels to board level.
Capable of working to strict reporting deadlines.
A third level qualification is highly desirable.
