International Sales Director

Job Description

My client are a leading innovative Healthcare Retailer looking for an International Sales Director to launch an exciting "State of the Art" product to sell into Healthcare and Retailers Worldwide.


Candidates must be highly motivated and have a proven successful track record in International Sales. We are looking for a real self-starter as this is a Medium sized company that is at the height of growth and development,


This role will be Business Development of their business selling into retailers in Europe and managing International Sales Executives and resellers and must have Retail. Digital E-Commerce background. Must have strong operational and commercial awareness of the industry. Primarily Europe and expanding the USA/Middle East and Asia


Must have strong communication and inter-personal skills working with Stakeholders and High Profile retail organisations. Multi-lingual languages would be advantageous but not essential.

We are looking for a real entrepreneur/self-starter that has a proven track record of developing a business from a greenfield site. Working alongside the CEO and COO to drive this product to market across the Globe for rollout in 2021. Building this business and eventually managing International Sales teams and reseller/distributors worldwide.

Must have a minimum 5+ years working in a retail/wholesale business with a strong portfolio of contacts that would have a keen interest in cutting edge technologies. This is a very hands-on lead by example role which will require dedication, hard-work and commitment.
