Our client an established hospital in Dublin would like to recruit a Clinical Nurse Specialist Oncology, this is a CNM2 Grade. This is an excellent Hospital to work for great career opportunities available with this Hospital.

The CNS has a pivotal role in the co-ordination and management of outpatients and services within the Oncology department.
The CNS is required to support the principle of patient centred care the patient comes first at all times and will approach their work with the flexibility and enthusiasm necessary to make this principle a reality for every patient to the greatest possible degree, whilst working as part of the Oncology Team.


CNM and Nurse Roles - Private Hospital Dublin North

Staff Nurse requirements;

NMBI membership, or Registration to be in process.
A minimum 2 year's post registration experience
Candidates interested in applying for a Staff Nurse role must be available to cover all shifts, i.e. Night Duty, Long Days and Weekends as required.

Clinical Nurse Manager requirements:

Be registered, or eligible for registration in the General Division of the live Register of Nurses kept by NMBI.
A minimum of five years' experience as a staff nurse in a relevant setting is required.
At least two years' experience in a management position desirable.
It is desirable to have completed a recognised post-registration course relative to specialty
Have completed a Management Course or commit to undertake same
Display evidence of continuing professional development.
Demonstrate an awareness of HR policies and procedures
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.
Have experience in change management
