A Healthcare Company in Kilkenny are seeking to fill the following vacancy:

Office Administrator / Coordinator

Full Time, one year contract position with a competitive Remuneration

Job Title: Office Administrator / Coordinator

Role of the Administrator

In this role the successful applicant will be part of a strong & dynamic management team supporting a team of healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create & Maintain Rosters
* Receiving and recording Job applications;
* Progressing the applications in line with the Company Recruitment procedures;
* Interviewing prospective applicants
* Assisting the Office Manager with general administration duties
* Become cross-trained in other office roles
* Other administration duties as directed by the Office Manager

Qualifications & Experience Required:

* Have at least one years experience in Office Administration
* Have excellent Computer skills
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
* Have excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Be a team player
