A major Real Estate Company in Galway City is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person for the following role:

Office and Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Specification

He/ She will be responsible for office administration, Marketing/ Digital along with Social Media for the Company.

Tasks and responsibilities include the following:

*General office administration, dealing with customer enquires
*Coordination with clients ref update correspondence
*Coordinate admin with the Team of estate agents and accounts personnel

*Update companies Digital Marketing plan and implement the strategy

*Uploading digital images of properties on various platforms such as daft.ie,
offer.io, juwai.com and cipsireland.com and businesses for sale.

*Carry out digital video and photos of properties and upload on various websites such
as daft.ie

*Prepare and complete prospectuses/brochures on businesses and properties engaged for
sale.

*Prepare campaigns using optimisation and measure monitor campaign results

*Daily posts on linkedin, twitter, facebook and blogs on various platforms

*Draft Prepare PR features of properties /businesses for sale and submit along with
adverts to local and national newspapers

*Attend business network events, marketing events and seminars.

*Excellent use of computers, proficiency in Microsoft office, word, excel, power
point and mail merge.

Reporting to: Managing Director/Office Manager

*Hours of work Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00pm
