On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading healthcare & medical company, we are seeking a dynamic Purchasing Manager to spearhead procurement activities, ensuring the sourcing of equipment, goods, and services while fostering robust vendor relationships. Balancing cost-effectiveness and quality, you'll drive strategic procurement across diverse product categories.


Principal Accountabilities:

* Align procurement with business goals through collaboration with leadership.
* Lead procurement team, executing strategies for efficiency.
* Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable deals.
* Analyse demand and proactively address stock shortages.
* Optimise supply chain costs and forecast market trends.
* Conduct cost analysis and drive automation initiatives.

Requirements:

* Experience in purchasing management or a similar senior role.
* Healthcare sector or extensive SKU management experience is an advantage.
* Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration is preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with proven supervisory experience.
* Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
