Clinical Quality and Compliance Specialist (6-Month Contract)

A group of nursing homes dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to residents in their Nursing Homes is hiring a Quality & Compliance Specialist They are passionate about creating a positive environment and ensuring our practices adhere to the best standards.

Role:

Actively seeking a Clinical Quality and Compliance Specialist for a 6-month contract. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Oversight: Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, stay updated on legislative changes, and conduct regular audits.
Quality Assurance: Develop quality improvement programs, collaborate with management teams, and conduct internal audits.
Policy and Procedure Development: Create and update policies and train staff on their implementation.
Training and Education: Educate staff on compliance and quality assurance and provide clinical outcomes for improving resident care.
Incident Management: Investigate clinical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and report to regulatory bodies as needed.
Data Analysis: Analyse clinical data to derive actionable insights for patient care improvement.
Collaboration: Engage with interdisciplinary teams and external agencies during assessments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ireland.
Experience in healthcare compliance and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of Irish healthcare regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare software systems.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
