A well established hospital in Dublin is seeking a Registrar specializing in Medicine for the Elderly to join their dynamic medical team.

Role Overview: As a Registrar in our Medicine for the Elderly department, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to geriatric patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to research, and enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat elderly patients, considering their unique needs.
Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with specialists.
Participate in ward rounds, patient assessments, and meetings.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to research and audits.
Adhere to protocols for a safe healthcare environment.
Requirements:

Irish Medical Council registration - IMC.
Core Medical Training or equivalent.
Experience in geriatric patient assessment and management.
Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
