Job Description
Our client is an Award-Winning Pharmacy retailer looking to recruit a Pharmacy Manager for their large Flagship store in South Dublin.
Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store.
Managing, Training and Development of OTC staff.
Working to planograms and merchandising the store.
Ordering of stock.
Driving Sales throughout the store.
Monitoring of Shrinkage.
Dealing with staff rotas, absence, holidays.
Promoting Special offers.
Cash Handling and tills.
Key holder - opening and closing of the store.
Ensuring high levels of customer service.
Arranging patient consultations with Pharmacists.
Driving KPI's and ensuring staff are working to company policies.
Health & Safety.
